Includes:
- Fixed license for 2 guides

Medium
4,000 € plus VAT3,000 Cards in recycled PVC or ultracompact cardboard
Same as Basic, plus:
- License (one year)
- Autonomous management of up to 10 guides
- Customized card design
- Can be combined with an audio guide
Card replacement: min. 3,000 x 1 €.
Professional
6,000 € plus VAT5.000 Cards in recycled PVC or ultra-compact cardboard
Same as Medium, plus:
- License (three years)
- Autonomous management of an unlimited number of guides
Replacement of cards: min. 3,000 x 1 €.
If I buy several Basic Packages, will I have licenses for more than two guides?
Yes. Each order of a Basic package includes a permanent license for two guides. If you buy two, you will have a license for 4 guides. But you can not change nor manage those guides.
If I only have an event with a few people, do I still have to buy all 500 cards in the Basic package?
Yes, the Basic package is our minimum order. Please note that our cards do not expire and you can keep them for possible future events.
Can I buy the Basic Package cards, but printed to my liking?
No. If you want cards with your branding, colors, logo, etc., you will have to go for the Medium or Professional package.
Do the cards have an expiration date?
No. Regardless of the package you choose, you just have to buy the cards once and keep them until you need them. Just order a refill when you run out. If you have a Medium and Professional package, you will have to renew annually the license for the guides.
